KICTANet Submission: Amendment of the Computer and Cybercrimes Bill 2017

The Kenya ICT Action Network (KICTANet) appreciates the opportunity to input on the Amendment of the Computer and Cybercrimes Bill 2017. Through intense consultation with the stakeholders, we submitted a memorandum with proposals on the  interpretation of texts, investigation procedures, additional clauses and supporting policy instruments. The memorandum was sent to parliament on 13th Feb 2018.
