Telcos regulator seeks to monitor WhatsApp + Plenipot Issues (Kenya’s Position)

Hi Barrack,

Indeed Kenya is aligned to the African Common proposals but I am not aware of any resolution that focuses on the regulation of the internet. Could you share the specific resolution that proposes to do what you are alleging, then we can respond appropriately?
