I had the exact same thoughts! Are these privacy provisions not going
beyond the law of the land?(COK)

Another thing it will push most Kenyans to display “sensitive” media on
blockhain.

On another note does this not also feel like criminalization on the
freedom of information, privacy, data and so on e.g towards other states? I
forsee an insane amount censorship.
