The purpose of conducting the assessment is to influence persons with disabilities’ access to ICTs, their lived experiences, and their input towards ICT policy in Kenya. The information posted for public consumption should remain the same for all. This is to promote equity and equality in access to information and online services, supported by the constitutional provision of the right to access information as a basic human right (Constitution of Kenya 2010, Article 35).
