Dear Listers,

Something interesting has been happening in the entertainment industry. I
hope many of you have been or continue to be entertained online from
artists who have resolved to stream their lovely ballads to us. A relief
especially when you are working from home.

Paul Kaindo, an advocate at the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) says it is
illegal to stream online and requires a special license

Now, Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) has a response through the issued press
statement, look at part 2. To make try and reflect more on it, though not
related, think of KRA moving into *Digital Services Tax.*
