Greetings Ali,
It appears to me that Government might not be consulting stakeholders
adequately on key issues such as these. I would like to request our
brothers from the Ministry to step up their stakeholder engagement efforts
in 2019 as they did with the data protection bill in 2018. This decision
is likely to impact the counties which rely on NOFBI for IFMIS among other
things. While at it, does anyone know the current status of the National
Broadband Strategy?
