As the internet opens up to global opportunities so does it also make present the dark side of it.
It’s a case of what outweighs what….. truth of the matter is, it’s hard (actually almost impossible) to regulate the net in a democracy that believes censorship of freedom of press and social rights is/are undemocratic.
