No. This one will curtail the rights of legitimate sim swappers. And
sometimes things happen that you have to swap your sim and use MPesa
immediately. Then again, there’s no need for another red tape regarding the
ID issue. For me I’d feel violated when you keep on asking for my ID. There
are loopholes that Safaricom must close and still make the process more
seamless.
