Listers, In Regulation, these kind of T&C’s are quite common and are classified as “Unfair Terms and Conditions in Consumer Contracts”. It is an issue of “Consumer Protection” and effective regulation requires that the Regulator ensures that such unfair terms are deleted from Consumer contracts.Â
