Dear Sir/Madam,

The African Union Commission is working on the development of a Continental
Data Policy Framework , In this regards AUC with financial support from
GIZ hired a consultancy Firm namely Research ICT Africa (RIA) to support
in the drafting of the framework.
Considering the importance and cross cutting nature of data , AUC aims to
go through an inclusive and participatory process and tasked RIA to
facilitate open consultations .
As part of the open consultations , we have posted a call for contributions
and comments and also scheduled a consultation meeting on 29 July 2021 at
10.00 am ( UTC/GMT)
