The school is fashioned as an introductory course to those with an interest in Internet governance. Participants will be a mix drawn from bloggers, journalists, students, managers, software developers as well as young lawyers. They will benefit from hearing and interacting with practitioners from different fields-content platforms, academia, government, techies, and lawyers.
